- The entirety of the Apprenticeship
- Delivery Methods
- Introduction & Overview of the tutor 
- Resources
- Online Portfolios 

Stage 4: Start Date of Apprenticeship

- Meet With Tutor

- Complete Teaching & Learning of Modules Planned Within Training Plan

- Set Expectations & Aspirations Within Review Cycle As Starting Point To Enact Apprentice Learner Journey

These programmes are tailored to provide relevant skills and knowledge, ensuring that apprentices can make meaningful contributions to their workplaces​

Off-the-Job Training Requirements

A critical aspect of the apprenticeship structure at JC Training & Consultancy is the requirement for off-the-job training. Apprentices must dedicate at least 20% of their working hours to off-the-job training, which translates to a minimum of 6 hours per week for full-time apprentices (those working over 30 hours per week). This training is essential for gaining the knowledge and skills necessary for achieving occupational competence​

Off-the-Job Training Activities May Include:

  • Workshops and Seminars: Engaging sessions that focus on specific skills or knowledge areas.

  • Self-Directed Learning: Research, study, and assignments completed outside of work duties.

  • Online Learning Modules: E-learning courses that provide additional training.

  • Mentoring and Coaching: Structured support from trainers or experienced colleagues.

It is important to note that activities such as initial assessments and progress reviews do not count towards the off-the-job training hours
