Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) refers to the process of assessing and identifying the requirements and gaps within an organization's structure, systems, processes, and capabilities to determine how well it is meeting its strategic objectives and operational goals. ONA involves a systematic evaluation of an organization's current state and future needs in order to align its resources and activities to achieve optimal performance and effectiveness.


As part of our service, our team will:


  1. Assess organizational goals: Identifying the strategic objectives and operational goals of the organization and understanding how they align with its overall mission, vision, and values.

  2. Evaluating current performance: Reviewing the organization's existing structure, processes, systems, and capabilities to assess their effectiveness and efficiency in achieving the desired outcomes.

  3. Identifying gaps: Identifying the gaps or deficiencies in the organization's current state that may prevent it from achieving its goals or meeting its performance standards.
